LizC Property Management a division of LizC Real Estate Investments, LLC is a full service property management company for your residential property needs. We specialize in single family homes, plexes and small apartment complexes. Our management agreement is tailored to each property owners’ needs and level of involvement.
One of our immediate goals in managing your property is to develop a relationship with the tenants. This relationship begins with the notice that LizC is your managing agent. We have found that early contact with your tenants helps develop a strong relationship for you. At that time, we will find out what their needs are and determine how we can help them.
LizC Real Estate Investments, LLC is a member of RHAGP (Rental Housing Association of Greater Portland). We joined the RHAGP soon after the purchase of our properties. The RHAGP keeps us updated on new laws and any legislation changes through the RHAGP lobbyist.
Our goal is to have a unit turned and rented as fast as possible. We advertise the property as soon as we have confirmation that the tenant has moved out. This allows us to take reservations so that the units can be rented quickly. All unites are promptly cleaned and checked for any maintenance items.
Prompt maintenance and tenant retention is high priority. Prompt maintenance and response to tenant concerns will increase tenant satisfaction and lower vacancy rates. Security is also an issue for tenants and owners, prompt response to safety issues and careful tenant screening will increase a tenant’s sense of security and reduces the risk of liability for a property owner.
