Before you begin you will need:
- A Valid form of identification: Picture ID – Government issued ID or Driver’s License preferred
- Proof of income such as your most recent pay stub or other proof of income
- 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references
- Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing
- Each person over the age of 18 who will be members of the household must fill out a separate application
